kyato2 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all players who access and use the kyato2 platform (kyato2.im). By registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game on the platform, the player is considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms.

kyato2 is a trustworthy platform protected with SSL encryption that always prioritizes fair play. Please note that we may review and update these Terms from time to time. Age Requirement and Personal Information

• Each player may only register one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and removed.

• If it is found that incorrect information has been provided, kyato2 has the right to restrict or close that account.

Restricted Regions

The platform primarily serves Myanmar players. Players are responsible for using the platform in accordance with the laws of their country. kyato2 has the right to refuse access from regions where it is prohibited by law.

Account Verification

kyato2 may request verification of a player's personal information. Withdrawals may be restricted until that verification is complete. Accounts of players who do not cooperate with the verification process may be temporarily suspended.

Prohibited Actions

• Accessing another player's account without authorization
• Attempting to manipulate or alter game results
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, using bots, or using computer-assisted tools to play
• Deliberately abusing bonuses to generate profit
• Any financial transaction related to money laundering

If any of the above violations are detected, kyato2 has the right to immediately close that account and confiscate any remaining balance.

Deposits

• Payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, bank transfer
• Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks
• Deposits will be credited to the player's account almost instantly after verification.
• The payment method used must be owned by the player. Third-party payments are not accepted.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour under Myanmar Time (MMT).
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• kyato2 will check that all bonus wagering requirements have been met before a withdrawal is processed.
• kyato2 may request verification documents if needed, and withdrawals will only be processed once those are submitted.

Welcome Bonus

100% welcome bonus on your first deposit — up to 300,000 Ks.

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount.
• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive 20,000 Ks bonus, balance becomes 40,000 Ks, wagering required: 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks.
• Example — deposit 620,000 Ks, receive 300,000 Ks bonus (maximum), balance becomes 920,000 Ks, wagering required: 300,000 × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.
• Some games may not contribute 100% toward wagering requirements — check the promotions page for details.
• Each player may claim this bonus once only.

VIP Tiered Cashback

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

To move up VIP tiers, players must remain active and play consistently on the platform. Cashback bonuses are also subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Bonus Restrictions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — they can only be withdrawn after wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses cannot be used to pay for other bonuses.
• kyato2 will notify players in advance of any bonus changes or cancellations.
• kyato2 may also notify players that bonus restrictions apply to professional players.

Fair Play

Games on kyato2 use a Random Number Generator (RNG), meaning every result is unpredictable. No game outcome can be predetermined, and neither the platform nor the provider can influence results.

Technical Issues During Play

If a game is interrupted due to network failure, power outage, or any other software issue, kyato2 will use server logs to determine the outcome. If the server log differs from what the player sees on screen, the server log will be taken as the authoritative record.

Prohibited Gameplay

• Placing opposing bets on your own wager to exploit bonuses
• Repeatedly entering and exiting games to exploit software bugs for profit
• Playing while simultaneously using multiple VPNs

All content on the kyato2 website — including designs, code, graphics, images, videos, and text — is the property of kyato2. Players may not copy, distribute, republish, or reproduce any of it. Creating any mirror site without prior written consent from kyato2 is strictly prohibited.

Player's Decision

A player may close their account at their own discretion. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure — however, bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

kyato2's Decision

If a terms violation is found, kyato2 may close the account with or without prior notice. If you disagree with a closure decision, you can contact [email protected] to raise a complaint.

For any dispute relating to gameplay, payments, or bonuses, the player must first contact [email protected] to seek resolution. The decision provided by kyato2 is the standard first step, and if the player disagrees, they may continue the discussion via 24/7 Live Chat. Server records will be treated as authoritative data.

kyato2 reserves the right to amend these terms with or without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.
